With Nutri Flour, you can prepare a variety of delicious and nutritious recipes! Here are some ideas for each type of flour:

Recipes with Nutri Flour 100% Chickpea Flour.
  1. Falafel:

    • Ingredients: Chickpea flour, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, salt, baking soda, water.

    • Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, form balls and fry them until golden.

  2. Chickpea Tortillas:

    • Ingredients: Chickpea flour, water, salt, oil.

    • Preparation: Mix the flour with water and salt until you obtain a soft dough. Cook in a pan with a little oil until golden.

  3. Hummus:

    • Ingredients: Chickpea flour, tahini, lemon, garlic, salt, olive oil, water.

    • Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a smooth cream.

  4. Chickpea Pancakes:

    • Ingredients: Chickpea flour, water, salt, baking powder, oil.

    • Preparation: Mix all the ingredients and cook in a hot pan until golden.

  5. Chickpea Brownies:

    • Ingredients: Chickpea flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, baking soda.

    • Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, pour into a mold and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

Recipes with Mixture of 65% Corn Flour and 35% Chickpea Flour:
  1. Corn and Chickpea Arepas:

    • Ingredients: Corn flour, chickpea flour, water, salt.

    • Preparation: Mix the flours with water and salt until you obtain a soft dough. Form discs and cook in a pan until golden.

  2. Corn and Chickpea Tortillas:

    • Ingredients: Corn flour, chickpea flour, water, salt.

    • Preparation: Mix the flours with water and salt. Form balls, flatten them and cook in a hot pan.

  3. Corn and Chickpea Muffins:

    • Ingredients: Corn flour, chickpea flour, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, baking powder.

    • Preparation: Mix the dry ingredients on one side and the liquids on the other. Combine both mixtures, pour into molds and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Corn and Chickpea Bread:

    • Ingredients: Corn flour, chickpea flour, milk, eggs, butter, baking powder, salt.

    • Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, pour into a mold and bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

  5. Corn and Chickpea Crackers:

    • Ingredients: Corn flour, chickpea flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, baking powder.

    • Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, form balls and flatten them. Place on a tray and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
